I’m a 28 year old professional without prior IT experience, eager to launch a career in cybersecurity. Through the Skills Pathway for Cybersecurity, I became interested in one of the entry-level roles – Penetration Tester. Using my SkillsFuture Credit, I enrolled in a Level 1 course and certification, additionally secured an internship with an employer.
Over the brief 3 month internship, my time at the company strengthened my interest in pursuing the Level 2 course and certification, enhancing my prospects for securing job interviews with prospective employers.
